If the time left between you and swimsuit season is dwindling, never fear. With some quick fixes and lifestyle changes, you can feel better than ever about getting your body beach ready in just a short time.

Follow a Low-Bloat Diet
Eating healthily can make an incredible difference in both how you look and how you feel. Following these low-bloat diet tips can not only make you look slimmer, but feel more healthy and energetic as well.
Stay hydrated by drinking about 8 glasses of water a day. As a bonus, hydration comes with multiple benefits you may not have considered.
Drinking 2 cups of water before meals can help you consume fewer calories when you dig in. Staying hydrated as the heat rises can make exercise feel easier. Being dehydrated can actually cause your body to retain water and give you a bloated look.
Increase fiber consumption
Increase your fiber intake to reduce bloating. Fiber-rich foods will also help you feel full longer so you won’t be tempted to snack.
Eat 3 meals a day

Exercise: an oldie but a goodie. There’s no better way to tone up those areas you’d like to hide than a good exercise routine. But exercising won’t just help you look better, it’ll help you feel better too.
Try high-intensity interval training (HIIT)
Use high-intensity interval training to lean out. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a type of conditioning workout that alternates between short bouts of high-intensity exercise and short bouts of recovery. You can easily do a HIIT workout on the treadmill or using just your body weight.
Do core exercises
Select exercises that emphasize the core to tighten your abs. While these are easy to do at home, you can also sign up for a fitness class focused on core strengthening if you prefer a group fitness environment. Modify some of these exercises to tone your obliques as well.
Don’t forget the arms
Tone your arms by lifting weights and doing resistance exercises.
Nor your glutes
Strengthen your glutes by running or doing with squats and lunges. If you prefer, use a treadmill or go for a run on an incline to work out these muscles. Go for a bike ride or take yoga classes to work out your glutes and other leg muscles. Weighted hip thrusts are another good glute exercise.
Avoid elevators, cars, and public transport when possible

Establish a baseline. A successful workout program requires keeping tabs of your fitness so that you'll be more inclined to improve it. Gauge things like the number of push-ups you can do, how long you can hold a plank, how many lunges you can do in 60 seconds, and how long you can hold a wall squat. Make it your goal to beat those numbers by one month later.
Stretch more. As we age, the elasticity of our muscles decreases and is accelerated by sports that can overuse and overwork muscles through repetitive motion. This overuse can lead to aches, pains, and injury.
Devote about five minutes to static stretching, making sure to hold each stretch for about 30 seconds. This dynamic warm-up will absolutely improve your weight-lifting game, if you’re into that.
Dance. Imagining you're moving to your favorite song. Add a little fancy footwork to your morning commute, dance while washing dishes, or bust out some moves while sitting through a boring conference call to add movement to your day.

Protect your skin with a sunscreen containing at least SPF30. Reapply it every 2 hours or immediately after you get out of the water. A sunburn can have long-term consequences, so it’s best to keep your skin safe from harmful UV rays.
Exfoliate your skin and feet to remove dead skin cells. To exfoliate, simply use a body scrub or exfoliating body wash. After exfoliation, apply a hydrating moisturizer to keep your skin soft and supple. For women, apply a fresh coat of toenail polish for a bright pop of beachy color.
Remove body hair
Eliminate any body hair that you don’t want to be visible. For women who want silky-smooth skin, try shaving, waxing, or using a hair removal cream to get rid of any unwanted body hair on your legs, bikini area, and underarms. For guys wanting to appear more well-groomed, trim or shave any stray tufts of body hair. Better yet, try laser hair removal.
Try a spray tan or tanning cream
